Alan has installed broadband for us, supplied us with 2 new PCs and visited to resolve technical issues with our machines. Alan replies to emails promptly and can be contacted by phone. He arrives in good time and is well presented and polite.

He charges sensible rates and works at an appropriate speed, allowing the customer to observe if they wish. He will answer easy questions for free if emailed if this will avoid him traveling out.  I know from colleagues to whom I have recommended him that he can solve issues remotely by talking customers through problems on the screen.

I would not use anybody else. Colin Ashworth, Burton Latimer.

Dear Mr. Howarth,
Thanks for your excellent service today. We will be sure to remember your name for future reference. With Thanks. Denise James, Moulton.

Alan Howarth - When I call - he's there, in my office, on line or on email. Solving problems I know about and those yet to become apparent. Brilliant service - couldn't operate without his help, and a friendly guy to know. Don't miss out on the service.  Angie Preston.

We can confirm that Alan has been providing us with computer support over the last few years. We have always found the service to be good and reliable during that period. Stephen Bonner. Managing Director. Excess Baggage Ltd. http://www.excess-baggage.co.uk/

Alan has been supporting our broadband network for several years and has always given us very good service. He is always quick to respond to any problems we have and has set us up with a disaster recovery solution in case the worst happens. He has also updated our web site and has even produced adverts for us, in other words if he can possibly help us he will. We feel a lot happier when we know he is just a email or phone call away. Kathy Hayman. Offsite Entertainment Ltd.

Alan was recommended to us by a colleague and setup a broadband network for us. He is very friendly and always responds quickly to our calls for help. If he is not available he has other engineers who can step into the breach. His years of experience certainly show in his standard of workmanship and we can thoroughly recommend him to anyone. Richard Cook. Dovercourt Interiors.

To Alan Howarth Computer Support Ltd  You may recall visiting me on 28th February and  PROVING that British Telecom were to blame for the fault with my Broadband Internet Service, even though BT had assured me there was no fault with the DSL signal to my home. I had been experiencing serious problems since November LAST YEAR! It has taken until Wednesday 25th April for me to receive a perfect DSL signal, and I now realise that until 25th April I had NEVER EVER received a perfect signal over a period of FOUR YEARS! At NO time until Friday 4th May has BT ever admitted fault.  They still haven't admitted fault, but last Friday they granted me £500 compensation and expenses, which is good enough for me! This is the tragic part.............. I WOULD STILL HAVE BEEN WAITING for BT to solve the problem today and into the future...possibly for ever, if I had not taken out the Ethernet connection on purpose, and then rang BT to check the line.    'Quite brilliantly' they finally detected that I was NOT receiving a DSL signal, and sent an engineer round on Wednesday 25th April who RE-WIRED THE MASTER SOCKET......... need I say more.        PERFECT DSL SIGNAL.     TRUE 8Meg BROADBAND FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER ! You were 'spot-on' with your diagnosis, and I knew you were.   You were also totally correct in telling me that...... just because BT say there is NO PROBLEM WITH THE BT LINE, that does not mean there is NO PROBLEM WITH THE BT LINE. That £ 500 compensation isn't bad though, is it ? BUT I EARNED EVERY PENNY OF IT THE HARD WAY, and have been without a reliable Internet service for over five months. Hope you have enjoyed reading this.    If I ever need you again, I know where you are. Kindest regards Mike Simpson  Oakham Close  Moulton.
